All packages include a complimentary home assessment which includes:

An assessment our your space, needs & goals which will allow us to work together to create an action plan and discuss estimated hours and supplies required to complete the job.

The Neat Freak
**All Quotes will be based on an hourly rate of $45/hour and the amount of people require to complete the job.
**A minimum of 25% deposit is required upon booking.
​
**Any cancellations that are 48hrs of less, results in loss of deposit. However; you have a 1 time option of transferring your despoit to another date. can choose to place your deposit on a different date.
