Are you moving in or moving out? or are you selling your home? Do you require someone to do the cleaning? We can help.
Whether you want to provide us with your landlord's specific list or you want us to come with our own cleaning list, we got you covered. Packing and moving is stressful enough. Let us worry about the cleaning. We also know that sometimes showings get booked with little to no notice! Clean inside and outside of stove and oven

Defrost freezer if not frost free

Ensure ice trays and all fridge racks are washed

Clean inside and outside of fridge including the inside of drawers and freezer area

Clean Dishwasher and microwave

Clean sink and counter tops

Clean Back splashes in kitchen

Clean inside and outside of all cabinets and tops of cabinets

All appliances are to be pulled out and walls and floors to be cleaned behind appliances
Laundry Room/Utility Room

Clean washer and dryer

Wipe hot water tank and furnace

Sweep and wash floors

Clean out any storage shelves or cabinets

Thoroughly clean bathtub, tile walls, toilets, and sinks

Clean grout and caulking

Wipe out medicine cabinet

Remove all garbage and debris

Sweep and wash all floors thoroughly

Wipe dust out of registers

Clean Windows; including window frames, tacks and screens

Clean all window coverings

Dust Light fixtures and ceiling fans

Wash and wipe all walls, doors and door knobs

Professionally steam clean, deodorize and disinfect all carpets*
Clients Responsibility:

All personal belongings must be removed from property including from storage sheds and garages.

Shovel driveway/walkways (If applicable)

Cut grass and have flower beds weeded (If applicable)

Remove ALL garbage and debris from the premises (front/back yard)
